About BAO Elan Vital
Our story
Founded in 1999, BAO Elan Vital was born from the shared vision of experienced coaches passionate about supporting individuals through their transformation journey. The name BAO—short for Bouche à Oreille (word of mouth)—reflects the essence of sharing, listening, and inspiration, while Élan Vital (vital force) embodies the very core of our mission: reconnecting with one’s inner drive and personal growth.
All BAO Elan Vital coaches bring solid professional experience from the business world and/or nonprofit sectors before dedicating themselves to coaching and training. You will be trained by a diverse team of senior coaches sharing a proven methodology and the same humanistic values and interest for the living as a whole. They share the humanist and optimistic values that define our school. Additionally, they are extensively trained in group dynamics across multiple approaches and committed to continuous learning and supervision.
