Building on the foundations laid in the EXPLORER program, DISCOVERER delves deeper into advanced coaching techniques, supervised practice, and preparation for professional certification. Designed for those who have completed EXPLORER, this program is ideal for aspiring professional coaches and leaders seeking to refine their skills.

The DISCOVERER program is structured into 5 transformative modules, each carefully crafted to deepen your coaching expertise and prepare you for professional certification. The program is designed to be accessible for working professionals, with sessions held on weekends and evenings.
Module 1 : Identity and clean language
Explore self-awareness tools like the identity matrix and clean language to deepen your coaching sessions. Learn how to help clients uncover their true identity and align their actions with their core values
Module 4 : Presence and polarities
Strengthen your presence as a coach while navigating polarities and helping clients find balance. Learn how to manage opposing forces and guide clients toward harmony and integration
Module 2 : Body work and affirmations
Use somatic approaches and empowering affirmations to build resilience and emotional awareness. Discover how to integrate body work into your coaching practice to help clients connect with their physical and emotional selves
Module 5 : Supervised practice and integration
Participate in live coaching sessions with real-time feedback to refine your skills and grow as a coach. Integrate all the tools and techniques learned throughout the program into your coaching practice
Module 3 : Constellations and archetypes
Apply symbolic coaching techniques to uncover hidden patterns and foster transformation. Explore archetypes and their role in personal and professional development

If you haven’t already, start your journey with the EXPLORER program, which launches in late October to early November 2025. Once you’ve completed EXPLORER, you can advance to DISCOVERER and prepare for professional certification.

We limit the number of participants to ensure the best possible experience for everyone.
Given the nature of the training, participants are required to have a strong command of English, equivalent to a B2+/C1 level, to fully engage in discussions and activities
Certification
ICF certification preparation : To maintain fairness and flexibility, the four-day preparation for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification is offered as a separate module. This ensures that participants can tailor their journey while benefiting from a high-quality certification process.
