ANOTHER LOOK AT HEALTH… – by Sophie de Henau

“Management & Nutritherapy” by Sophie de Henau

Various events related to my health have led me to approach it with a different perspective. Both literally and figuratively.

First, shortly after my final return from Africa, three illnesses appeared:  migraines, allergies, and asthma.  All three became chronic.

With a foundation of scientific training, I first followed the path of science, namely medical consultations.Over the 25 years that they ruined my life, I tested various alternative, natural approaches, while continuing to poison my liver with prescribed medications and increasingly powerful molecules.

After 25 years I had come to the belief that nothing and no one could cure me.

It was then that an angel appeared in the form of a “different” doctor.

I then trained in two completely opposite universes, which would prove to be complementary:

  1. nutritherapy or micronutrition

  2. symbolic language with the Tarot of Marseille from the Birth Chart.

Without realizing it, without having set a specific intention of uniting these therapies, they acted in concert since I was training in both of them in parallel.

All the illnesses quietly disappeared in just over a year. Then I said, "Wow," and analyzed what had happened.

While deeply dealing with the terrain, the matter with major cleaning and rebalancing, I went to explore the other side of the mirror, the invisible, with the symbolism of the Tarot, which in my opinion is the most powerful tool for self-knowledge. Other branches of my symbol tree have grown since then and the symbol, the ultimate tool for discovering meaning, has become a second skin to the point of even having imprinted it!

And indeed, I had given, found meaning to these three illnesses. This allowed me to be less and less angry about them, to accept them and above all to move away from the robotic acts of "I'm treating myself" to the sensible acts of "I'm healing myself".

A few years later another event occurred, and thanks to all the work, all the journey and all the training followed, including the energetic and symbolic journey Voyager: the paths of the soul completed in 2023, I succeeded not in getting rid of it but in stabilizing this new illness in "the evil said"! On a professional level, this Voyager journey revealed to me the missing link in the tools of my therapeutic practice, namely the energetic dimension (and the health reading grid that I created and which is still called the ENERGY Star

This is what happened.

  • About 5 years ago, during a cocktail reception for entrepreneurs, I stuck a bamboo sandwich pick in my left eye! I thought I had lost it. Terrible pain, water flowing endlessly. Urgent appointment with the ophthalmologist. I kept the eye in which the pick had been stuck right in the center, how symbolic! But a much less funny diagnosis was given. A corneal disease, said to be hereditary, nicely called Cornea guttata, had set in! It can progress to blindness, fortunately, corneal cell layer transplants exist.

  • My lifelong fear has been going blind. There are no blind people in my family. I didn't know where this fear came from.

  • One of my therapeutic tools allowed me to discover that my life myth is that of Tiresias, a Greek seer blinded by Hera. In exchange for his sight, she offered him the language of birds. A language of birds that I have been using and studying for about ten years now. A wink from the universe...

  • I had just discovered why I had this fear of going blind.

  • Tarot, myths, the language of birds, astrology, are at our service to show us where to focus our attention during this incarnation and help us discover the meaning of the events that occur.

Approaching an illness from its 5 levels is what I call a holistic approach :

  1. the biological/physiological,

  2. the emotional,

  3. the psychological,

  4. the symbolic,

  5. energetics.

And in my opinion, this is what allows us to move from care to healing.

But you have to REALLY want it. Because many sick people unconsciously indulge in their illness because it's familiar.Change is frightening for people who aren't comfortable with the concept of death, a death that is nothing more than a passage from one side to the other, the essence of change.

The disease has been stable for 3 years.

It was thanks to an unfortunate gesture that this disease was discovered. There is always a meaningful gift in a painful event, an illness... And in our culture, the gift is linked to something beautiful, something good. Not to something that hurts us. And yet.  From the smallest, most mild symptoms, to the biggest hiccup, the body speaks to us. It is its gift to us.

But who taught us not only to listen to it, but to receive and accept it? It is an art that is developing, one that we can all make our own.

Listen to your body and your ailments through the words of “la mal a dit”.

Listen to events, the signs before they become habitual. There are also those that manifest themselves in dreams . Reading dreams is also a learning experience.

During one of my training sessions, the professor who is one of my mentors said, "Traditionally, not reading your dreams means ignoring God's messages."

I agree with this, we are interconnected with the Field, the Source, God. Past, present, future, everything is there within our reach.  The quantum principle.

Shamans have understood and experienced this for a long time. Science is now able to explain many of its mechanisms.

A major key is energy, and the pictorial symbol is only a condensation of energy. Depending on our own vibration, we will react in a specific and totally individual way to this medium, which comes to deliver a message, the one necessary at that moment.

It was probably my artistic soul that woke up one day and led me down this path to healing.

Take a different look at life and... health!See in addition to looking.Develop my vision in addition to my gaze."We have three eyes, two for looking and one for seeing."
